Reading Contest

The competition came in two similar versions: one specifically for the Manchester area and an international version for residents of Europe and Britain in general.
Our Participation in Didsbury
Marjan Arabic School participated in the World Arabic Language Day festival held at the Didsbury Mosque in Manchester. The children of Marjan School gave a remarkable performance of the song ‘Azho wa Afkar’ (I am Proud and Honoured) and dedicated it to all Arabic schools in the city of Manchester.
Sarah's Award
Sarah Janah, a student at Marjan Arabic School, participated in a poetry recitation competition organised by the Deesbury Mosque in Manchester as part of the International Arabic Language Day festival. Sarah recited the poem ‘Ahsan al-Akhlaq’ (The Best of Morals), which Marjan School students learn as part of the school's educational programme.
